A Florida elementary school teacher and an accomplice were arrested earlier this week for allegedly selling Xanax and acid to an undercover cop.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, 45-year-old Cheryl Heineman sold 3 Xanax pills and acid tabs to an undercover cop in St. Cloud, Fla. on Mar. 25. The Sentinel adds that the undercover detective contacted Jack Lindsey, 20, about the drugs. Lindsey reportedly informed the cop that "his girl" would facilitate the request.

Heineman, who started teaching third grade at Central Avenue Elementary in Kissimmee, Fla. earlier this year, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with multiple counts of sale and delivery of Schedule IV narcotics. In a statement, Osceola County schools said she would be removed from the classroom. Lindsey, who reportedly sold the same officer drugs three times before, was arrested on the same charges.

The Sentinel reports that, while Heineman bonded out of jail yesterday, Lindsey is still being detained at Osceola County Jail on $49,000 bond.
