Kevin Fant tried to beat the charge of publicly beating off, but in the end, the Philadelphia metro cop couldn't get off. Fant will have to serve two months of jail time (on the weekends) after SEPTA authorities identified the off-duty officer still working his beat when he was off the clock.
According to Philly News, a video of a man masturbating on a Philadelphia metro train was uploaded to a Tumblr page last August—and once it was brought to their attention—a SEPTA social media maestro recognized the officer. In the incriminating wank video, Fant "looks at the person who is taking the video and continues going on," Assistant District Attorney Kristen Kemp told the court. The court has requested Fant to turn himself and begin serving his sentence on April 17.
