Shockingly, a Texas man wearing a shirt that read "Warning: I Do Dumb Things" was arrested for drunk driving last week. At least he gave fair warning.

According to the Smoking Gun, 66-year-old Luciano Gutierrez was pulled over back in November. However, a warrant for his arrest wasn't issued until last Thursday. His shirt proved to be a succinct statement about his status as a consistent hazard.

Gutierrez, who the Smoking Gun reports has a history of drunk driving convictions (perhaps that's what the shirt is referencing?), was released from Bell County Jail that same day after posting his $25,000 bail.

Advice: Keep the shirt as a final reminder not to drink and drive.
