Today is day two of life after Zayn Malik's departure from One Direction (henceforth known as A.Z.), and the 21-year-old singer's name is still trending on Twitter as we try to figure out how to return to normality. Life A.Z. is confusing for all of us, including actor Billy Zane.
In a video for Funny or Die the actor best known for Titanic mistakenly believes the outpouring a Twitter support for Zayn is for himself. He just doesn't understand why people can't seem to spell his name right in #AlwaysInOurHeartsZayn and #WeSupportZayn. "I had no idea that all of my fans are hysterical 14-year-old girls," he said before reading a selection of tweets.
To thank his "adoring and mysteriously heartbroken" fans Zane issued a message that he composed himself: "You light up my world like nobody else. You don't know you're beautiful, and that's what makes you beautiful."
