Ahmad Givens, a.k.a. Real from VH1's Real Chance of Love, has passed away at age 33. Givens was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in 2013. He underwent extensive surgery and went into remission but was back on chemotherapy this year. Givens and his brother Chance were also contestants on I Love New York. He posted a remembrance of Ahmad on Instagram:
