UPDATE: We've now got video footage of Jamie Lynn Spears single-handedly stopping a fight in a Louisiana Pita Pit a couple weeks ago, and it is pretty amazing.
As the fracas breaks out and Spears' friend gets caught up in the mess, Jamie Lynn dives in and pulls her out. You have to love her purposeful stomp as she makes her way behind the counter, and her screaming/waving of the blade basically stops everyone in their tracks.
Also, points to the Pita Pit employee for keeping calm and preventing Jamie Lynn from storming into the crowd with the knife. Dude totally knew that wasn't going to end well.

Amazing, but true: Jamie Lynn Spears—kid sister of Britney—is only 23 years old. But just because she hasn’t been on earth for long doesn’t mean she isn’t prepared to do what is necessary to protect her friends.
After a night out on the town this past weekend, Spears and a friend visited a Pita Pit in Hammond, La. to cap off a fun evening with an economical, low-carb snack. What they did not expect, however, was that Spears’ friend would inexplicably get hit over the head with a bottle.
In these trying circumstances, Jamie Lynn proved why she can play for our team any day. As a huge brawl erupted around her, she dragged her woozy friend behind the sandwich counter, grabbed a huge knife, then proceeded to rush into the madness, waving the blade around in an attempt to get everybody to stop fighting.
And you know what? It worked. The fight stopped, and when the police came everybody had calmed down enough that no arrests were made.
Is Jamie Lynn Spears the peace-keeping hero we have all been waiting for? Equipped with her wits and a long bread knife, is there anything she can’t fix?
