Christine Cavanaugh, who voiced characters such as Chuckie from Rugrats, the titular pig in Babe, and Dexter on Dexter’s Laboratory, passed away last week at the age of 51.

She had retired from voice work in 2001 to spend more time with her family, but if you grew up watching Nickelodeon in the 1990s it was impossible not to know some of her work. In addition to Rugrats, she also lent her voice to Ahhhhh Real Monsters and Darkwing Duck, among many others.

The cause of her death has not been disclosed at this time.
