There Is Actually Going to Be a “Tetris” Movie

There's really going to be a "Tetris" movie.

Video game based movies usually tend to suck. Especially ones with zero storyline, i.e. 2012’s Battleship, which sunk at the box office. So who the heck green lighted a Tetris movie?!

That would be the Tetris Company and Threshold Entertainment.

CEO of Threshold, Larry Kasanoff says the movie will be a “very big, epic sci-fi movie.”

Kasanoff added:

“This isn’t a movie with a bunch of lines running around the page. We’re not giving feet to the geometric shapes. What you [will] see in Tetris is the teeny tip of an iceberg that has intergalactic significance.”

If you haven't completely given up on life yet, just know there's also a lousy looking movie coming out based on the Ouija board.
