Ryan Murphy must be feeling pretty good about himself with yet another successful season of American Horror Story and now its companion series American Crime Story in the works.
He’s feeling so good that he completely forgot chose to ignore that the comedy-horror genre exists when he said he wanted to create said genre with his new show, Scream Queens (Not to be confused with the short-lived VH1 reality show of the same name.)
“We hope to create a whole new genre – comedy-horror," said Murphy.
Unless Murphy has been living under a rock his entire life there's no way he hasn't heard of comedy-horror classics like, ahem, Ghostbusters, or more recent ones like Shaun of the Dead. Someone please refer Murphy to our list of the best horror-comedy movies ASAP.
