Robert Downey Jr. may or may not be suiting up for Iron Man 4, but he definitely is for Captain America 3, which will initiate the Marvel Civil War.

The upcoming sequel will see Tony Stark (Iron Man) butt heads with Steve Rogers (Captain America) over the Superhero Registration Act, which mandates that all superhumans register with the U.S. government, as well as agree to work for the authorities.

Rogers, known for his morality, disagrees with the act because it violates civil rights and in turn flees. Stark, however, agrees with the act.

In the battle of Avenger v. Avenger, no one wins. Except the viewers, since this’ll make for an interesting shift in the Marvel universe.

Captain America 3 is set to premiere May 06, 2016.
