Come on, Questlove. How do you now know what Catfish is?
This may be perhaps the biggest takeaway from The Tonight Show’s game of “Catchphrase” last night, which pitted Questlove and comedian John Mulaney against Jennifer Garner and host Jimmy Fallon. While one of the hallmarks of “Catchphrase” is that it seems so easy if you’re merely observing and not actually playing, this game felt particularly frustrating as Mulaney and Questlove struggled to get on the same page.
Fallon and Garner, on the other hand, absolutely killed it. Seriously, they should play together competitively. You can’t deny the incredible chemistry they showed in nailing Matthew McConaughey.
