Hollywood hopes to shed a different light on the horrible Boston Marathon Bombings with an upcoming film.
The film, based on the book, Boston Strong, will recall the events, including the search for the men responsible for the bombings, but will also focus on the humane acts that stemmed from the tragedy and the city’s road to recovery after the events.
So far Casey Affleck—a Boston native himself—has signed on to produce and star in the film.
