Who's Going up in Flames This Bonfire Night? Here Are the Odds on Jeremy Clarkson, Nigel Farage and Katie Hopkins

This year, the odds are 4-1 in favour of Argentine-basher Jeremy Clarkson to be the 'guy'.

Bookmakers, William Hill, have released their predictions for whom The Edenbridge Bonfire Society will be burning at the stake this November 5th.

Every year Edenbridge, in Kent, burns a 30-foot effigy of a cultural figure from the past year in its annual bonfire procession.

Past cultural victims have included Wayne Rooney, Mario Balotelli, Katie Hopkins, Lance Armstrong and both Blairs on separate occasions. All for pretty obvious reasons.

This year, the odds are in favour of Argentine-basher Jeremy Clarkson to be the 'guy'.

At 4-1, the Top Gear presenter leads the odds. Joint second in the odds are union-bashing Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond and Kevin Pietersen at 6-1, which is pretty sad considering the cricketer is in the news for being bullied.

Other possibilities include Ed Miliband and Nigel Farage, but they’re still beaten by 8/1 for Katie Hopkins going up in flames again, which is totally reasonable and something we can all get behind.
