That sound you just heard? Nerds across the globe crying out in utter delight.
That’s because J.J. Abrams decided to release a video today that, for its first 15 seconds, looks like it will just be an up-close look at the Millennium Falcon from the upcoming Star Wars: Episode VII. But then, just when you think you know the answers, Abrams goes and changes up the questions.
The music suddenly shifts to the theme from Batman, and immediately you feel like you’re building towards something sweet. Not “Batman is actually in Star Wars riding shotgun with Han Solo” sweet, but still pretty cool.
So what does it all mean? No idea. But it’s another fun little nugget to emerge from the London set of Star Wars, where filming of the highly-anticipated sequel is obviously in full swing.
