Men dressed as Spider-Man and Batman were arrested in Times Square last night for allegedly attacking someone who was harassing them.
According to the New York Post, Abdel Elkahezai (Spider-Man), 35, and Jose Escalona-Martinez (Batman), 41, fought Thomas Rorke and a friend last night. The Post adds that the men, both 23, antagonized them with "sexually suggestive gestures."
Rorke insists that he was punched in the face several times, but he was arrested along with both costumed performers and charged with assault.
