A Georgia woman was jailed in July because police were convinced the residue on her spoon was meth, not SpaghettiOs as she insisted.

According to the Gainesville Times, 23-year-old Ashley Gabrielle Huff was arrested on Jul. 2 when officers with the Gainesville Police Department saw her sitting in a car. For whatever reason, they refused to believe that the substance on her spoon was was SpaghettiOs, charging her with possession of methamphetamine.

Though she tried to go through Hall County Drug Court, she was wasn't able to make all of the appointments and was sent back to jail on Aug. 2 for missing a bond payment. She wasn't released until last Thursday, when super-late analysis finally proved that she was in fact, telling the truth about the SpaghettiOs.

The corresponding lawsuit should be coming soon.
