Clearly distraught over the death of his friend Robin Williams, Saturday Night Live alum Rob Schneider took to Twitter to level blame for Williams’ death by suicide on the prescription drugs the late comedian had been taking. Williams was suffering from the early stages of Parkinson’s Disease, and Schneider thinks that his medication may have had some unintended effects:
Now that we can talk about it. #RobinWilliams was on a drug treating the symptoms of Parkinson's. One of the SIDE-EFFECTS IS SUICIDE!

The Evil pharmaceutical industry ADMITS TO OVER 100,000 people in the USA DIE A YEAR FROM "PRESCRIPTION" DRUGS!! #RobinWilliams

It appears Schneider’s crusade against the pharmaceutical industry may be just beginning, as he sent this tweet out late last night:
Here is one of the Big Pharma trolls! Feel free to send her your tweets! http://t.co/WZs622TMbD

While we’ll likely never know the true cause of Williams’ death, Schneider’s claims do at least give us pause when considering the full breadth of what caused the suicide of one of Hollywood’s most dynamic comedians of all-time.
