Bill Cosby has only released one standup special in the last 30 years: 2013's Bill Cosby: Far From Finished. So it's a big deal that the legend will release Bill Cosby 77, his second special in as many years, this fall. It's arguably an even bigger deal for Netflix, which will get the honor of releasing it Nov. 28 as part of a stacked fall lineup.
The increasingly powerful Netflix has dibs on four other specials in the coming months: Jim Jefferies: BARE on Aug. 29, Chelsea Handler's Uganda Be Kidding Me Oct. 10, Chelsea Peretti's One of the Greatson Nov. 14, and Bill Burr’s I’m Sorry You Feel That Way on Dec. 5.
Now TV networks have five more reasons to be concerned.
