The LAPD was stricken with a severe case of the Mondays on Thursday evening when a shotgun fell from a police motorcycle, authorities say.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the weapon fell from the back of the motorcycle after the piece that locks it into place broke. The LAPD shut down the area to search for it, but, as of 8 p.m. last night, it had not been found.
Police are obviously asking for assistance in locating it, but should anyone find it and attempt to return it to them, please do so with some trepidation.
