It’s PR 101, really. When someone accuses you of throwing cash right in his/her face, what do you do? Sue them, of course.

That at least seems to be a route Kendall Jenner is exploring after she reportedly flung some $20s at former Skins actress Blaine Morris and caught a lot of public heat as a result. Enter Kardashian family attorney Marty Singer, who has threatened to sue Morris with a letter that TMZ somehow obtained (read: Singer gave it to them).

In the letter, Singer that Jenner “politely handed” the cash to Morris, and that Jenner was “extremely apologetic” for the misunderstanding. See, everything’s fine. It was all just a simple mix-up.

But wait…what’s this? Singer decided that explaining what “really” happened wasn’t enough; he had to throw some serious shade at Morris too. He addressed her directly, saying “Although you are working as a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, I understand you are also a struggling actress. You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself.”

Ouch. Let’s keep our fingers crossed this one ends up going to trial. We want to see this kind of fire on live TV.
