At this point, Quentin Tarantino has his pick of Hollywood A-listers to cast in his movies, and likewise, Jennifer Lawrence is at a level in her career when she could probably get any role she wants.
So Collider's report that the actress is actively considering and being considered for a part in Tarantino's The Hateful Eight is completely believable, even if they're citing an unnamed source:
"We can say that Lawrence is in talks to join the film, and this is not a “wish-list” thing where she’s one of many actresses being considered for a role."
We're not sure what role she'd be playing, but we do know that one of the Hateful Eight is a woman, Daisy Domerague, nicknamed “The Prisoner." Although how great would it be if Lawrence played a character called "The Cow Puncher."
And what if Lawrence became Tarantino's new muse, and became the new, hot, young actress in Tarantino's projects, like Uma Thurman in Pulp Fiction, befort she went on to do the Kill Bill movies? Why not speculate? It could happen.
