The best part about your job is obviously the time spent between doing actual work. For public safety officers with the University of Oregon Police Department, that idle was spent compiling a very comprehensive list of people who officers agreed deserved to consume a bowl of dicks, hence the title: the "Bowl of Dicks" list.
The list was exposed after a former public safety officer James Cleavenger, who was fired in 2012, filed a lawsuit claiming he was terminated for reporting misconduct within the department. Cleavenger said the list was updated as the officers were briefed prior to shifts, and the university released the list to confirm that it does, it fact, exist:
