In what looks like a tribute to every poorly-made David Hasselhoff music video there has ever been, the Discovery Channel is airing the above ad featuring Rob Lowe to promote the wildly popular Shark Week, which begins on Sunday, August 10.
We get to see an extremely focused Lowe tossing chum to the sharks, then delivering the key phrase (“so sharky”) with a smoldering intensity the exuberant actor rarely shows on screen. Rob Lowe, we are impressed.
