A video from Nintendo has surfaced today featuring an countdown. In roughly three days time, when the clock strikes zero, the video will show a 3-minute introduction trailer for the latest character in Nintendo's upcoming Super Smash Bros. video games.
The character will be announced at 10:00 AM Eastern time on Monday. By watching the YouTube video above, you'll see the character's intro video as soon it's live. While no hints have been released regarding the character's identity, we're at least certain that the fighter will be completely new to the Smash Bros. franchise. We've already gotten the news that Pac-Man, Little Mac, Mega Man, and a few others will be joining the fray. Who else could Nintendo possibly pull out of their bag of tricks?

Super Smash Bros. for the 3DS will drop October 3. The Wii U version is scheduled for the holiday season.
