Another day, another iPhone 6 rumor. If this one is true, we should all get on our hands and knees and thank Tim Cook. Rumor has it Apple is looking to launch the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 on Friday, September 19th according to inside sources. MacRumors reports that this news came after German carrier Duetsche Telekom informed customers of a similar release date for the much anticipated mobile.
The report states that Apple will launch the 32GB and the 64GB but is perhaps forgoing launching another 16GB model. Apple does typically launch products on Fridays and a September launch date would be consistent with the past two iPhone releases.
Bloomberg had reported earlier this week that Apple may launch the larger 5.5-inch version of the iPhone 6 alongside the 4.7-inch. Issues people are experiencing now such as problems with battery and display technology should all be resolved by the time the new phone is released.
In addition to the larger display screen, the iPhone 6 will have a thinner, curved glass design, a faster A8 processor, and a new and improved camera among other improvements. If this phone is all its hyped up to be, you may want to start getting in line now.
