YouTube is home to most of the world's insanity that's been captured on video. Everything from how-to tutorials, to ripped television shows, to what seems like an endless amount of feline-inspired clips can be found via Google's video domain. But there's also a lot of tragic bullshit occupying real estate on the video sharing site. One of the latest viral sensations to hit the net are what many are calling "Hood Pranks". The premise of these videos are to make fun of people (typically black people) who live in low-income neighborhoods by patronizing and provoking them. It's just as sad as it sounds.
