A shooting at a medical center in Washington state has left two people dead, authorities say.
The Associated Press reports that a man traveled to his wife's place of work, Deaconess Medical Center, in downtown Spokane, Wash. this morning and shot her before turning the weapon on himself. According to Spokane police, no one else was injured.
Their identities have yet to be revealed, but the Associated Press noted that they had two children. This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
