It's been said that everything in the dark will eventually be dragged into the light, and a former Philadelphia town watch member is dealing with the consequences of his secret life.

William Waters, a neighborhood watch member in Northeast Philadelphia's Tacony section for five years and a GOP committeeman for the 65th ward for the last10 is also a Grand Dragon of the East Coast Knights of the True Invisible Empire, aka the Ku Klux Klan. According to Philadelphia magazine, when the Tacony Town Watch got wind of this, they gave him the boot:

None

Waters is crying foul, claiming he doesn't know what the problem is. "We are a conservative Christian group," he told Philadelphia magazine. "My rights were infringed upon. I can't believe in what I want to? This has infringed on my First Amendment rights. It's reverse discrimination."

People really can't wait to fly that bullshit "reverse discrimination" flag, can they? Anyway, Waters was joined by his fellow Klansmen "conservative Christian group" members for a protest outside of Tacony's Free Library on Saturday. They got heckled to the point that they left, tails between their legs.

Long story short, you never really know who your neighbors are, until you do.
