A woman miraculously survived being run over by three trains in New York City over the weekend.
Reports claim that 22-year-old Mary Downey, a native of Ireland currently residing in Woodlawn, was drunk when she fell onto the tracks at Times Square early yesterday morning. Amazingly, she managed to fold herself up so that the train did not hit her. She continued to lie there while two more trains traveled over her, and no one noticed until the operator of the third saw what the New York Post says was her "hand waving for help."
She stopped the train, and she was taken to Belluevue Hospital after suffering a fractured shoulder, and is obviously very lucky to be alive.
