Still wiping the tears from your face after seeing The Fault in Our Stars? Welp, get ready to cry a lot again, because there's a new tearjerker YA film adaptation on the block—If I Stay, starring Chloë Grace Moretz, and based on the 2009 book of the same name by Gayle Forman.

The plot is a heavy one, if you couldn't already guess by the name: Moretz stars as Mia, a young girl whose entire family dies in a car crash. She's alive, but in a coma—and while comatose, she has an out-of-body experience, and must decide if she should wake up and face a life without her family, or to just let go.

Yep. Heavy stuff.

Check out the trailer above.
