Here's a perfect and exciting way to wend your Wednesday: the second episode of Tahir Jetter's brilliant new web series Hard Times is finally here, and, true to form, it's a great watch.
If you don't recall the first episode, the series follows a man, Derek, living in NYC who has the idea to begin stripping for a living, in an effort to get by in the increasingly expensive city. This episode focuses on Derek attempting to follow through with his new plan, and seeking constructive criticism about it.
You can check out the episode above. Hard Times was created by Jetter, and is being shot by Daniel Patterson, who just shot Spike Lee's upcoming film Da Sweet Blood of Jesus, in addition to a number of Sundance films. New episodes will be made available on the Hard Times website, here, bi-monthly.
