Google is trying its damndest to make Google Glass cool and accepted among the masses, and its newest collection might help make that happen... or might not do anything at all.
The new line of Glass, called "DVF | Made for Glass collection" by designer Diane von Furstenberg, were just revealed, and features five new frames and eight new shades. They'll go on sale through the Google Glass website on June 23 for about $1,620. While the collection isn't the saving grace that Google was hoping for, the more options customers can choose from, the better. It doesn't look like they'll be tapping into the streetwear crowd any time soon.
In all, the DVF collection complements Google's Google's Titanium Collection, which also goes on sale June 23.
