A man was killed at a Georgia Waffle House early yesterday morning after an employee fatally shot a customer following a heated confrontation.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Fulton County police Cpl. Kay Lester explained that 33-year-old Adrian Mosley got into a dispute with 25-year-old Quintavius Martin around 4:30 a.m. A witness, Ontray Haley, gave the specifics to the Journal-Constitution

The situation escalated, with Mosley and the other man threatening Martin: "He told him, you come outside and I’m going to fire you up, which basically meant he wanted to shoot him," Haley said. That's when shots rang out, right at the restaurant's counter.

As a result of the shooting, Martin was charged with murder, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, and using a firearm.
