A Florida man with little regard for the law or his own freedom was arrested for cooking meth on the beach this month.

The Huffington Post reports that 24-year-old Charles J. Tapp of St. Petersburg, Fla. was arrested on Jun. 14 after Pinellas County deputies found him parked on the tree line of Gandy Beach. After noticing needles in the truck, materials associated with meth production were found during a search.

Tapp, who owned up to manufacturing meth, was charged with meth possession and unlawful possession of pseudoephedrine and hydrochloric gas, both of which are used to create meth.
