This fall will see a glut of comic book TV shows hitting the air, including the premieres of The Flash, Gotham, and I, Zombie, as well as the returns of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Arrow. But the most intriguing series might just be NBC’s upcoming Constantine adaptation. With David Goyer (The Dark Knight) on as a producer and Neil Marshall (Game of Thrones) as the director of the pilot, the show has a chance to offer fans a better Constantine than we saw in the 2005 movie.
Now, courtesy of Comic Book Resources, we know that we’ll get our first look at the show on October 24. This is a bit later than most series debuts, but there is a chance that NBC wants to take advantage of the show’s horror themes in time for the Halloween season. Then again, we're also keeping our figners crossed that this decision isn't a sign of a lack of faith in the final product. Either way, comic fans will want to keep an eye out for this one in the fall.
