World of Warcraft is easily one of the most successful video games of all time, so it’s no surprise that director Duncan Jones’ upcoming movie adaptation of the game is one of the most anticipated films in recent memory. Unfortunately not much information about the movie has been released so far, despite its high profile. Thankfully, Ben Foster felt talkative during a recent interview with IGN when he revealed who he is playing in the film:
None
He also talked about Jones’ approach to the movie, which should sound promising to any fan of the game:
None
While the movie promises to have cutting-edge visual effects, Foster also confirmed that his character won’t be a CGI creation, but many others will:
None
Warcraft may be taking a backseat to Star Wars at the moment, but Jones is one of the most underrated directors around, and giving him an enormous budget and great source material could make for a solid blockbuster.
Warcraft will hit theaters on March 11, 2016.
