This Sunday, the world of The Simpsons collides with the world of LEGO in a crossover episode of the series titled “Brick Like Me.” In the episode, the LEGO version of Homer somehow gets into contact with the classic 2D animated version of Homer, resulting in an existential crisis of sorts for both worlds.
This type of high-concept episode isn’t the norm for The Simpsons, but LEGOs are at the peak of their popularity at the moment, and Homer seems like a natural fit in its world.
