Stacey Dash—who first made a name for herself in Clueless and more recently as a Republican Twitter commentator—will be taking her talents to conservative bastion Fox News.
Fox News’ executive vice president of programming Bill Shine had the following to say about their new hire:
“Stacey is an engaging conversationalist whose distinctive viewpoints amongst her Hollywood peers have spawned national debates – we're pleased to have her join Fox News.”
While the response on Twitter has not quite been as kind, Dash has already brought the sort of attention and publicity Fox News likes. She made headlines last summer when she went after Oprah, something no sane person should ever do, so clearly she isn't afraid to say pretty much anything.
No comment from Fox as to what they think of this 2007 magazine cover.
