Old-school platforming fans, take heed: Blizzard has just released their 1992 classic The Lost Vikings for free on their Battle.net service. For the uninitiated, Lost Vikings stars three marooned norsemen as they try to escape from an alien world by using their varied abilities in tandem to solve puzzles; additionally, Battle.net users can pick up Flashback-esque Blackthorne as well as Rock 'N Roll Racing for the additional cost of nothing.
Getting your free games is simple: all you have to do is log on to battle.net, click on the "download game clients" page and scroll to the bottom. Voila, free games. Now go party like it's 22 years ago.
