Following up on a report from last night, FOX did indeed decide to drop the first trailer for their new series Gotham during the premiere of 24: Live Another Day.

Both trailers offer a glimpse into the dark, twisted world of Gotham and its many nefarious characters, although did we really expect anything else? Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) certainly is going to have his work cut out for him, especially since the future Batman is just a kid who is not going to be much help in the crime fighting department.
Gotham will premiere this fall, although an exact night and timeslot have yet to be determined.
