As reported earlier, a deadly shooting happened near the UC Santa Barbara campus in California on Friday night. The police have confirmed the mass murder's identity as 22-year-old Elliot Rodger, son of Hollywood producer Peter Rodger.
Rodger posted a video yesterday before the shooting, but YouTube is trying to remove it because the contents violate its terms of service. If you want to watch the video, you don't have to look far. That said, it is especially chilling to read the full transcript because Rodger's cold, detached language translates eerily on the page.
