Standby For "Titanfall" Xbox 360 Footage (Video)

Footage has finally appeared of what the Xbox One hit "Titanfall" will look like on Xbox 360

Footage of the delayed Titanfall port for Xbox 360 has emerged a day ahead of its release.

Thanks to those lucky gamers with early releases, Xbox 360 users get a chance to see just how the last-gen version of the game stacks up against the Xbox One hit. Just because it's at a lower frame rate, doesn't mean it looks bad.

The Xbox 360 port was developed by Bluepoint Games who promised an authentic Titanfall experience but said that the power of the Xbox 360 just couldn't handle the 60 frames per second (fps) featured on the Xbox One. Titanfall on the Xbox 360 will run “above 30fps.”

"Titanfall on the Xbox 360 is the true experience: all the maps, modes, pilots, titans, weapons, burn cards, you name it, found in the Xbox One and PC versions," producer Daryl Allison wrote in a press release last week. "The game looks great, sounds great, and above all it plays great.

"There are of course some technical differences that are due to the technical limitations of the hardware - for example, the game runs above 30fps - but rest assured, the intense 6v6 wall-running, titan dropping action is all there."

Titanfall for the Xbox 360 drops tomorrow, April 8 in North America.
