RAMEN.Co (190 Pearl St.), the fruit of Ramen Burger creator Keizo Shimamoto's hard labor, had its much-anticipated soft opening in the Financial District this week. While it serves an assortment of traditional ramen and bento meals, the big question surrounding the restaurant is would it serve Shimamoto's creation made famous by Smorgasburg? The answer is yes.
Ramen Burgers made with shredded beef and yakitori will be available in addition to the original ramen burger for prices ranging from $8 to $12. When this place really gets rollin', it's going to be unstoppable.
