This is truly awful. In the finale of her OWN docu-series, Lindsay—which aired tonight—Lindsay Lohan revealed that during her filming of the show, she had suffered a miscarriage unbeknownst to the camera crew.

"No one knows this – I had a miscarriage for those two weeks that I took off," she explained at the end of the episode. "I was sick. And mentally, that messes with you."

Apart from that reveal, Lohan did not divulge more information about the circumstances of the incident. This is, of course completely understandable, though—the experience is a traumatic, personal, and terrible one for any woman to go through, and Lohan deserves a lot of support and commendation for coming forward with it in the first place.

She does bring up the recently leaked "hook-up" list, though, saying of its leak to the press: "The fact that that happened was not only humiliating, but also just mean. It's mean-spirited for someone to do that. That is a desperate human being and I hope they find some peace. Anyone who is willing to do that to someone else is f***ed up in the head."

The episode ended with Lohan speaking about her struggle to overcome addiction, and how she's positive things will be different this time: "Even if it’s not my intention to lose everything I’ve worked for, that’s what my addiction will do to me… It’s a really fucked up disease, and it’s really scary. Because there are drugs people have said that I’ve done that I’ve never touched," she said. "I’m happy... The biggest thing I learned from his experience and doing this show is my work ethic is different. I have that fire back in me."

As previously reported, it is not likely thatLindsay will return to OWN for a second season. This isn't completely bad news, though—Lohan already has an upcoming project lined up, and she just finished up with an appearance on CBS' 2 Broke Girls.
