Jodie Foster—whose speech at the 2013 Golden Globes served as a de facto coming out—married girlfriend Alexandra Hedison this past weekend. The two began dating about a year ago.
Foster, of course, has seen her sexuality become the subject of much debate through the years as she raised two sons with former girlfriend Cydney Bernard. Her more public relationship with Hedison has represented a huge departure for the extremely private actress, and by tying the knot they obviously feel ready to face whatever media scrutiny is to follow.
