It may as well be a fact of life: HBO makes brilliant television, but their shows are downright impossible to watch with any family member. Think about it—how many times have you been chilling on the couch, trying to watch the latest episode of Game of Thrones or Girls, only to have mom or dad walk in and start watching the show with you in an effort to "bond" or whatever? And then they walk in right when a sex scene begins, without fail? No matter your age—teen, twenty-something, thirty-something, whatever, that shit never feels less awkward.
Luckily, HBO realizes this, and have fashioned their newest ads for their streaming service, HBO Go, accordingly. It is almost painful how accurate these ads are.
