Since Amanda Bynes was put under psychiatric hold last summer when she suffered a mental break, she's been reported to have been doing better with ample treatment and, as we've previously reported, a cocktail of drugs used to treat schizophrenia. So much better, in fact, that since being released into her parents' care, she's enrolled in fashion school and has been pursuing a career in that.

Now, however, things may have changed: According to TMZ, Bynes' mother (and conservator) Lynn has publicly said that her daughter has "no issues with mental illness," and has taken her off all medications as a result. The only problem Amanda had, Lynn says, was weed. "She has no mental illness whatsoever," her mother said.

However, TMZ reports that according to sources and obtained documents Bynes does suffer from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
