If you thought the scene from BioShock: Infinite was harsh the hybrid interactive movie Sortie en Mer (A Trip Out to Sea) is next level, and it's meant to be.
This PSA from the French ad agency CCLM BBDO and funded by the French outdoor clothing company Guy Cotten stresses the importance of wearing a life jacket. While this game is more movie than Pac-Man it does have a single mechanic. Scroll to save your life, if you fail or give up you're treated to a scene that will haunt your dreams.
