The Tribeca Film Festival was founded in 2002 by Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal and Craig Hatkoff. Even in the early days of the festival it showcased a wide array of remarkable narrative and documentary films. Already great, but it soon got even better: In 2006 the festival added sports to the bill in partnership with ESPN.

Today, the Tribeca Film Festival  announced its official lineup for the Tribeca/ESPN Sports wing of films. Some of the hot tickets include world premieres of When the Garden was Eden a documentary about the New York Knicks directed by Michael Rapaport and Champs a documentary about some of the world's all-time great boxers. A panel that includes Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield will follow the Champs screening. Here are some of the films listed, via Indiewire—head on over there to see the full list.
