It's National Chips and Dip Day. Hooray! Chips and dip are the ultimate snack. But, lets be honest. Chips, for the most part, are chips. It is the dip that is truly important. So, why do we waste our time on soggy, flavorless grocery store onion dips? Why to we subject our taste buds to bland jarred salsas? Why would we ever consider eating a naked, boring chip?
